Refund policy

1. Applicable Law

Swiss law applies to all orders, regardless of the delivery country. There is no statutory right of withdrawal for online purchases under Swiss law. Therefore, we do not offer a general return policy.


2. Returns Only in Case of Incorrect Deliveries

A return or exchange is only possible if:

  • an incorrect item was delivered

  • the delivered quantity does not match the order

Please report incorrect deliveries within 48 hours of receiving the order. After review, we will provide either:

  • a correct replacement delivery, or

  • a full refund of the purchase price


3. Condition of Returned Goods

The incorrectly delivered item must be:

  • unopened

  • undamaged

  • complete

  • in its original condition


4. Return Shipping Costs

For confirmed incorrect deliveries, we cover the return shipping costs or provide a return label.


5. No Returns for Other Reasons

Returns are not possible in cases of:

  • change of mind

  • mistaken purchase

  • incorrectly ordered items

  • duplicate orders

  • products that are not liked

  • opened packaging
