Shipping Regions

Orders can only be placed for countries where shipping methods are displayed at checkout. If no shipping option is available, the order cannot be completed.

Shipping Methods

Delivery Area We offer shipping exclusively within Switzerland and the Principality of Liechtenstein. Orders from other countries cannot be shipped and are therefore only available via the “Pickup” option. Customers outside the delivery area may either collect their order in person or arrange pickup through a shipping carrier of their choice (e.g., FedEx, UPS, DHL).

Shipping costs for Switzerland and Liechtenstein are displayed at checkout and form part of the total price. Delivery times are non‑binding; delays caused by carriers or authorities do not constitute grounds for compensation.

Delivery Times

We ship exclusively to Switzerland and the Principality of Liechtenstein. Delivery times typically range from 1–3 business days.

For countries outside our delivery area, orders are usually ready for pickup within 1–3 business days. You may collect your order in person or arrange pickup through a shipping carrier of your choice (e.g., FedEx, UPS, DHL).

Pickup can be organized as soon as the order is marked as ready. Please note that processing times may vary during peak periods.

Customs, Taxes & Import Fees

For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, or local charges may apply. These costs are the responsibility of the buyer. We have no influence over the amount of these fees.

Address Information & Deliverability

The buyer is responsible for providing a correct and complete delivery address. If a shipment cannot be delivered due to incorrect or incomplete information, the buyer is responsible for any resulting costs.

Transfer of Risk

Risk transfers to the buyer once the goods are handed over to the shipping carrier.
