1 Scope

These Terms and Conditions (AGB) apply to all orders, deliveries, and services made through the online shop di-rocco-collectibles.ch. Deviating conditions of the buyer are only accepted if we explicitly agree to them in writing.

2 Contract Partner and Conclusion of Contract

By submitting an order, the buyer places a binding offer. The contract is concluded once we send the order confirmation via email.

3 Prices, Currency, and Payment

Displayed prices serve informational purposes and may be shown to visitors in their local currency. The price stated in the order confirmation is binding for the purchase contract.

The invoicing currency is Swiss Francs (CHF) unless another currency is explicitly stated in the order confirmation. Payments are made via the payment methods offered at checkout and are due immediately.

Exchange rates and fees for payments in foreign currencies are determined by the payment provider or the buyer’s bank. Any resulting differences, bank fees, or foreign currency charges are borne by the buyer.

Pricing errors entitle us to cancel an order; any payments already made will be refunded.

4 Delivery, Shipping Costs, and Transfer of Risk

Delivery Area We offer shipping exclusively within Switzerland and the Principality of Liechtenstein. Orders from other countries cannot be shipped and are therefore only available via the “Pickup” option. Customers outside the delivery area may either collect their order in person or arrange pickup through a shipping carrier of their choice (e.g., FedEx, UPS, DHL).

Shipping costs for Switzerland and Liechtenstein are displayed at checkout and form part of the total price. Delivery times are non‑binding; delays caused by carriers or authorities do not constitute grounds for compensation.

Risk transfers to the buyer once the goods are handed over to the carrier. The buyer is responsible for providing correct delivery information; in case of undeliverable shipments, the buyer bears any additional costs.

5 Customs, Taxes, and Import Duties

For deliveries abroad, customs duties, import taxes, or other charges may apply. These costs are borne by the buyer. We have no influence over the amount of such fees and assume no liability for them.

6 Returns, Warranty, and Defect Notification

No Right of Withdrawal: Swiss law applies; there is no statutory right of withdrawal.

Returns only in case of incorrect deliveries: Returns or exchanges are only possible if an incorrect item was delivered or if the delivered quantity differs from the order. Incorrect deliveries must be reported in writing within 48 hours of receipt.

The incorrectly delivered item must be returned unopened, undamaged, and in its original condition. In confirmed cases of incorrect delivery, we cover return shipping costs or provide a return label. After inspection, a replacement delivery or refund will be issued.

Warranty: Statutory provisions of the Swiss Code of Obligations (OR) apply. Defects must be reported immediately upon discovery. For justified defect claims, we will, at our discretion, provide repair, replacement, or refund.

7 Liability

di-rocco-collectibles.ch is liable only for direct damages caused by its own gross negligence or intentional misconduct. Liability for third parties, auxiliary persons, loss of profit, indirect damages, or consequential damages is excluded to the extent permitted by law.

Liability is in any case limited to the value of the relevant order, unless mandatory legal provisions state otherwise.

8 Website Use and Copyright

Information on this website is regularly updated and reviewed. Despite all care, data and information may change. Any liability or warranty for the timeliness, accuracy, or completeness of the provided information is excluded.

Use of the information provided on this website is at the user’s own risk. We assume no liability for damages arising from the use of such information.

We assume no responsibility for the content of external linked websites. The operators of those sites are solely responsible for their content.

Content provided on this website—such as text, images, graphics, and logos—is protected by Swiss copyright law. Reproduction, editing, distribution, or any other form of use requires written permission from the respective copyright holder. 9 Data Protection and Electronic Communication

Personal data is used for order processing and customer communication. Details are governed by our Privacy Policy. Electronic communication via email is permitted; the sender bears any security risks associated with unencrypted communication.

10 Force Majeure

Events of force majeure (e.g., strikes, official orders, natural events) entitle us to suspend our performance obligations for the duration of the disruption or to withdraw from the contract in whole or in part, without giving rise to claims for damages.

11 Applicable Law, Jurisdiction, and Final Provisions

Swiss law applies. The exclusive place of jurisdiction for disputes arising from this contract is, where legally permissible, Kloten, Switzerland.

If individual provisions of these Terms and Conditions are invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions remains unaffected. The version of the AGB valid at the time of the order is decisive.
